Every lighting choice, every camera movement, begins first as a mental image and then as a narrative tool—a way of conveying meaning without explaining it, of letting the shot carry the emotional weight of the story.

I live and work in Milan as a Director of Photography (D.O.P.), working on films, commercials, music videos, and television productions. My cinematography is always at the heart of the creative process, serving as the primary language of storytelling. I bring the same visual rigor to both corporate shoots and independent short films.

My approach favors symbolic imagery over didactic imagery: I prefer a shot that suggests rather than explains, and lighting that creates atmosphere rather than merely illuminating.
